Jennifer Allen is a retired Air Force veteran and co-founder of Supply Chain Talent Advisors.

She plays a key role in supporting client relationships and helping ensure a responsive, professional, and high-touch search experience throughout each engagement.

Jennifer’s disciplined, service-oriented background and attention to detail help clients feel supported and informed throughout the recruiting process while helping identify highly qualified supply chain and operations professionals across a wide range of industries.

Outside of her role, Jennifer enjoys ranching and life in rural Texas with Anthony and their family.

Anthony Allen

Founder and Managing Director, CSCP

Anthony Allen is the Founder and Managing Director of Supply Chain Talent Advisors.

Before moving into executive search, Anthony spent more than 20 years working in supply chain and operations leadership roles across manufacturing and aerospace/defense environments. That experience gives him the ability to evaluate candidates beyond resumes and keywords, helping clients identify leaders who can operate effectively inside complex businesses.

Today, Anthony leads retained searches for Director, VP, and executive-level leadership positions across supply chain, operations, procurement, and manufacturing.

His recruiting approach is heavily relationship-driven and focused on identifying highly qualified passive candidates through deep industry networking, technical vetting, and practical operational insight.

Outside of work, Anthony and his wife Jennifer enjoy ranching and spending time with family in rural Texas.
